ABC Warehouse was founded in 1963 with a single store in Centerline, Michigan. Since then, ABC Warehouse has grown to become one of the Midwest’s largest and most successful appliance/TV/electronics/mattress and furniture retailers, with 43 locations throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

Job Duties

· Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals and ensure sales team meets sales goals.

· Instruct sales staff on proper selling techniques

· Assist in mentoring sales team to be customer service and sales oriented.

· Assist in maintaining and enforcing a practical daily work schedule to cover sales floor and workload

· Assist in daily deposits

· Assist in weekly payroll hours for employees

· Maintain inventory levels

· Complete required weekly, monthly and annual reporting as required

· Assist in arranging and organizing merchandise on the sales floor

· Maintain an organized and clean store

· Explore customer’s needs and provide merchandise information for customer to make an informed decision

Qualifications:

· Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze and resolve issues

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Pleasant, professional and confident communication skills

· Previous sales experience
